Cartel Skateboards: a French brand created by and for skateboarders

Cartel Skateboards was born in 1997 in a context where the European skate market is largely dominated by American brands. Faced with high prices and a lack of local players, the founders decided to create a French alternative capable of offering quality equipment at a more accessible price.

This philosophy still accompanies the brand's development today, which remains deeply attached to skate culture and its practitioners.

An identity rooted in European skateboarding

From the very beginning, Cartel has brought together a team of recognized riders such as Alexis Jauzion, Karim Cherif, and Marc Haziza. This closeness to the field allows the brand to develop products tailored to the real needs of skateboarders.

This authentic approach contributes to making Cartel a reference in French and European skateboarding.

Accessible and high-performance skateboards

The brand has been built around a strong desire: to offer high-performance boards without breaking the riders' budget. Cartel models are designed to meet the needs of both beginner and advanced practitioners.

The complete skateboards from the brand are an excellent entry point to discover the practice with reliable and balanced equipment.

A skate spirit that transcends generations

Despite market changes, Cartel maintains the mindset that has made it successful. The brand continues to offer products designed for the joy of riding, progression, and sharing around skate culture.

This authenticity explains why Cartel remains a beloved brand among many riders today.
